yeah, RMA, but if u happen to purchase a bad ram, then u have to pay for its shipping twice too, so u pay RAM, and RMA twich..:D

Almost every place requires you to pay the return shipping for an RMA. That's a very common practice.

ALWAYS read their terms BEFORE you buy.

uh..interesting, i did not read their policy, all i did was called them for all my problems. guess it is time for me to READ first, BUY later..:D Anyway, i still think it is a pretty good place to shop tho, service is pretty nice, selection and price are both good, but shipping...:(
