witch drive master, witch drive slave?

I have an lg burn everything dvd drive and a sony burn everything dvd drive. Both got great review and cost the same. Witch one should be the master and witch should be the slave. The master is going to be the main burner and the slave will be the main reader. @ $30 shipped each I could not pass it up for my new build.

If they are both CD/DVD drives, it won't really matter. People suggest putting the one you burn with as master, but I have never had an issue with it as slave.

BTW, it is spelled "which" ;)

Lag when your are attemptin Cd burnin , maybe your drive has bugs that makes lags on it .You may need a blank disc that has a drive speed x7 or more that the computer can burn fast ...

much MUCH older drives if you had 2 burners on the same IDE channels, often had buffer run issues, but with todays drives it is a non issue, considering no 2xburnesr can saturate a IDE bus,.
