Does IIS (Internet Information Services )web server come with windows XP pro??

Yes and it is installed by default minus the FTP server. It should be located inside Admin Tools in the control panel. If its not there go to

Add/Remove programs
Windows Components

Scroll through and you will see IIS and can install it. It may ask for the XP CD.
