Will there be any forseeable issues with this setup?

P4 Xeon 3.0 CPU
5 gig DDR
4TB storage w/ 4TB additional not installed
Windows Home Server

24 inch Dell LCD w/ HDMI outputs

Tivo HD

main rig in sig below

PS3 upstairs conencted to network via wireless

so, i want to be able to watch movies and TV in my office on this 24 inch LCD
i also want to be able to record movies and store them on my media server (Home Server)
also, i would like to be able to watch/stream HD movies/Shows to my PS3 upstairs connected to my 52 inch LCD. no Tivo up there, just PS3 and cable HD DVR box.

besides the PS3 being connected wireless, and the issues of streaming over wireless.. you guys think there will be any other issues? i havent purchased the Tivo yet. i have tried TV Tuner cards, but they suck in simple terms, and i wont be able to accomplish my end goal. (above)

regardless, by tuesday i will have this 100% setup (need to pick up cable cards for Tivo, 24 inch LCD arrives on Tuesday), im just trying to plan ahead and recognize any issues.

thanks in advanced

well since noone gave any input, i figure i will elt you guys know how it is working.

I have my Tivo HD hooked up directly to my 20 inch Dell LCD via true HDMI to both LCD and Tivo. other than the fact i have no sound due to a blown fuse in my speakers, everything is working flawlessly. excellent picture. i did have sound on different set of speakers, and that works great too.

recording shows is flawless as well. they are saved a .tivo file, but it is playable under Windows Media player. have not tried MS Media center yet, nor my PS3.

i still need to upgrade the tivo desktop software, but other than that, this setup is far better than any tuner card setup i could think of.
its a little more $$, but i was able to save some $$ on the Tivo since my wife used her employee discount, i was able to pick up a $299 tivo for just under $250 after taxes and all.
add in the $12.95 a month subscription, it is alot more than a tuner card, but then again, its a simple setup, that lets me record all the HD i want, and automaticly throws them on my server.

once i get things working perfect, and cleaned up ill post a pic or two.

HTPC forums don't seem to be terribly active. I'm building my first this weekend.

Yeah, kinda sucks to not see as much activity in here. Granted it is the summer and just about everybody is out doing stuff. That or on their way back to school.

But yeah, keep us posted, some of us no-gooders need something to read :p
