First off..Welcome to the forums...Second...you would get a MUCH BETTER responce if you posted this in the Correct area.....im not too sure..but you might try lowering the Multiplier and raising the FSB then...you may have already tried that..but when you raise your FSB it also raises the speed of the PCI and AGP bus...check your BIOS for a PCI or AGP Divider. so if your FSB was 133 you will want your PCI divider set to 1/4 (133/ 1/4=33 (roughly))..
you did not mention what type of video your running....if you can give a few more specifics it will be easier to help

Sorry to tell u but the KT133 chipset that u have won't go over 110FSB for most people, maybe u have a not so good extension card, on those mobo's its much easier to use just the multi.
But on the KT133A wich support 133MHZ FSB u will be able to change the FSB to what ever u want from 90MHz to 200MHz FSB.

*EDIT*: Just noticed u r new to these forums, Welcome!!!
U should make a sig with the specs of your system, like we have. It would help a lot to people who u r asking to help u
