I have a new Asus PQ5 Pro board with Realtek oboard sound. I am just switching over from an Nvidia board that had far superior sound quality although it was a cheaper board. I think it had Azalia. I've get a cheap set of Cyber Acoustics stereo speakers with a little sub on the floor that used to thump pretty hard with the old motherboard. Looking for suggestions on sound card. I don't need 6.1 or anything like this just want to drive this little set of speakers with better clarity and fidelity than what Im getting from this Realtek setup.
