Internet connection sharing (ICS) problem!!

Hi guys, my duron has been offline for a while now, I can't get it to connect to the internet using ICS, it worked b4, then I installed a new drive into the duron installed winME on it as well, and now it doesn't work, I tried to reinstall the network cards on both comp, it didn't help, I don't have 2 modems so I can't connect to internet w/ both comps in any other way! Please I need help. To be honest I really dunno where's the problem, ICS always worked for only now it doesn't, need help quick!

one thing you might want to try is to go onto the client computer, and enter the server comps lan ip address as the "gateway" under the TCP/IP settings for the network card in it. this makes the computer look to that server for the internet. toying with those settings usually works, it just takes some experimenting. good luck :)
