How is this card different than other NVIDA 256MB cards ?

Its meant for graphics rendering and design with autocad, things like that. Not meant for gaming.

It's a workstation card, made to work with rendering software, thats what benefit you get.

Workstation card, and a rather weak one at that. Based off the 7900GS.
