Would shooting a couple 8800gt's into my loop and another mcr220 be ok(load is low to mid 50's)? I want to keep it all internal and came up with a few options to place a second rad but space is limited, or should I go for a mcr320 and cut away some extra metal where my mcr220 is now and use the mcr220 where I could place the new one. I think I just answered myself with this post, but opinions wanted.

I'd go for the second 220, you'll double your cooling, your GPU's will generate as much heat as the CPU at least, I think IMHO you'll need it. The hit on flow rates shouldn't be bad as long as you have a free flowing CPU block.

I got it, understood your obvious answer. Yea, add a 320 keeping the 220 too. Or start considering makin two loops for the best. The 320 for the GPUs, cuz you know the 8800GT's won't be there forever, and the 220 for the CPU, which can handle the NB too.
