Ok you might have read my earlier post of my heatsink popping off my 1900+ and it burning up but when i went and sent it in they just got it a couple of days ago and they said the fan was o upside down which i had no idea of. So there blaming me when it was there heatsink that they installed popped off. They left me an email address to get in contact but it isnt working and i am having much trouble to get in contact with them. They said i had insufficient cooling and it was my fault that it burned up and they just dont want to be blamed for there mistakes of installing the fan on upside down but my temps were only like 46c full load so i see no problem there. By the way this places name is Monarch Computer.

I'm sorry about the probs yer having with the rma, but I'm glad ya posted this. A while back, I was very close to ordering a cpu from them. I happened to find the chip I wanted at a comp show for the same price Monarch had advertised. Glad I held off and bought elsewhere. I've been lucky enough to never have the need to rma anything, but nice to know who would be a hassle if I ever did have to send something back.

Oh, and ya might want to have this moved to "vendor discussion" and keep us updated as to how it goes.
