ATi drivers and WinXP??

Ok before making the switch over to WinXP from WinME, my Radeon VE was hitting 207/207 with no extra cooling(was getting 2400+ on 3DMark2K1). Now with WinXP (2000+ on 3DMark2K1) I can get the core that high but I can barely get the memory up to 190!:mad:. Could it be WinXP or the ATi drivers for WinXP? I even tried using the Omega drivers and saw very little improvement. Someone pleez help me!:(

Is your score lower or higher? XP runs better so your card might not oc as far because its running more effeciently.
