I cant remember but i thought i read a post that if u buy an oem card and it says this that u have 3.6ns and u can flash it with a retail bios. can someone confirm this for me?

Not necessarily true, rule of thumb is that if the card can do 275/275 with Powerstrip running 3dmark2001 with zero artifacts, chances are you can flash it to a retail bios:

I don't know if the OEM has 3.6ns Chips.

Not all of em do but i think some have the 3.6 hynix memory. I think Silver's ram is 3.6ns on his 8500, plz correct me if im wrong.

Yah mine is 3.6, I think the majority of the OEM's have 3.6 memory..... But as memory prices are inching upwards I wouldn't be surprised if the majority OEM's Builders use 4ns memory.
