HELP! my printer stops printing

I have tried everything...changing the drivers, cleaning the printer...but nothing. When I start printing with my HP 820Cse, it just stops after a few seconds. I am using Windows XP pro, and I think this might be the problem because it works ok in my laptop, which runs windows 95. Does anyone else have insight into this problem???

Try downloading the newest drivers from HP's website... The ones that come with XP may or may not be set up completely correctly, and the ones that came on the cd may not work right in XP. Try that and let us know.

I have tried this...nothing. I might just have to get a new printer, but don't want to because it is working on my laptop.
