Ultra ChillTec Thermo Electric?

anyone have this or have any experience with it?

how does it perform? can you get below ambient?

as good or better than water cooling?

(i haven't heard a whole lot about it, so i don't imagine it is ground breaking, but i thought that i would ask)...

its a waste of money, wont beat low end water or high end air. To awnser your queston no its not as good as low end water or high end air.
