first off wow! FREEDOM!i have been out of the loop for a while cause of a parole violation.i really missed being here.i just purchased a radeon 7500 and want someone to guide me to an overclock program for it and are their newer drivers for it and if so is it an improvement. thanks again in advance

You'll probably want the omega drivers, I forgot the URL, someone will post it for you.

Also, for overclocking, I suggest Powerstrip. Do a search on google for it and you'll find it for sure.
