Just wondering why rivatuner and GPU-Z only reads 999mhz. My 260GTX is rated at 2000Ghz.

I know the GPU has a DDR3 memory. My 680i doesnt support DDR3. Could that be the problem?

That is 2000ddr (actually 1998ddr) which is 999Mhz and that is what RT is showing you.

yep

and video ram on a video card has absolutely nothing to do with what type of system ram your motherboard supports
gddr3 on video card is different than ddr3 ram

Yeah that video ram is double data rate so you have to take the number and double it to get the actual speed.

How come his gpu-z isnt showing him the correct ammount of unified shaders? or stream procs??

I is cause its a very early version of it? or is there some issue with the forceware drivers?
