What's the differance? (actually is there any?) <<rookie here, just asking questions :)
33MBps more burst throughput.
Your Disk benchmarks will be a little higher, but you will not notice any improvement.

what they said, and it's ATA 100 and ATA 133....UDMA isn't out for 133 or 100 I don't believe.
I always thought UDMA 5 = ATA 100.
ATA 133 is kindof intriguing but I doubt one will notice any performance increase. Serial ATA is upcoming and may be worth waiting for.

It's going to be the new hard drive attachment standard. Will allow for much higher throughput.
