Yeah, I've been watching his site for a couple of months, but nothing has happened about it. No description, no more pics, no specs....etc.
It looks like it could get a cooling boost from the case fans too, or at least be more survivable of a pump failure.

i recon there will be a prob with the copper pipe and base expandeing and contracting at different rates, this block will perform well because it has the fastest flow (outside of tube/bend) on the cpu side
