AT&T Uverse firewall

I want to disable the firewall in the ATT Uverse setup. I recently had cable but it wasn't reliable. Now that I'm on Uverse I love the service. However the modem/wireless router that comes with it has a firewall enable I need to get through. Is there a way I can disable the firewall or at least open up the ports I need?

I think the wireless gateway is, 192.168.1.254, but if it isn't open a command prompt, and run 'ipconfig /all' default gateway is the routers IP,


I'm not sure what the login is, if there is one, it could be..

user/user
user/admin
/admin
root/root


Or it could be stickered to the bottom of the unit.
