My Logitech Optical Trackman stopped working a few days ago. I filled out the contact support form on their website, got a response within 24 hours giving me troubleshooting instructions which didn't work, after I let them know I got another response within 24 hours telling me a replacement would be shipped. Received a brand new mouse a few days later. Very very smooth and easy experience.
