I want to be able to take pics of my computers other cool things but have no idea of how much a good camera costs..... I think I will be able to pay up to $100 but cheaper is better:D
what are some good models that arnt pricey and take good pics?
I had a regular IBM PC cam that worked fine. Wasn't expensive and should do well if that's all you're going to use it for.

I am no expert on digital cameras but I can tell you what kind of camera you should be looking for.
I have a Kodak DC4800 with 3.1 megapixels as the highest resolution. I use this camera to take pictures for graphic design and school advertising projects. I have found out that for the most part, I only use it at 2.2 megapixels, which means that a normal user should not need anything beyond that. Then there is also the factor that some people only need their digital pictures for screen view, then a 2.2 megapixel camera is more than enough.
If I was you, I would go to cnet.com to check out models that fit your price range. When you find something that might suit your needs, you can search with google.com for additional reviews of the camera.
One word of advice, never bid for a camera at Ubid. I have bid several times with them, and I have had a couple of cc disputes (one pending). Good luck, I hope you find a good digital camera.

A word of note....
Anything under $100 will most likey have a Cmos image sensor...Which is not good without lots of lights on and a flash...The camera I have is a Fuji FinePix A101 it can be had now for $159 and it has a 1.3 MegalPixels and print out's of 5x7's
