Living in the UK seems to restrict what gear I can get for cooling my rig.
I am thinking of buying a 1Ghz and over clocking it.
I was going to use a peltier and water cool it, but here in the UK peltiers are scarce. I've come across a 220watts peltier, but I haven't got a clue how to power such a thing at an affordable cost ...I'm not rich . The 220watt peltier takes 15.1volts and 23.8amps, If anyone can explain what EXACTLY it needs, because I really don't understand about power supplies.
I did come across one other peltier, an 85watt peltier which requires either 12volts or 15volts. It looks like it has a PC connector, does this mean that a PC PSU will be able to run the peltier, because I know they run at 12volts, but what if it needs 15volts will it run about the same. And doe the PC PSU have enougth amp to run a peltier.
 But most important of all, is a 85watt peltier going to be sufficiant for overclocking a 1Ghz Athlon???
God I'm in the @$#! ...Help is appreciated!
