I totally loved FC1, and the insane scale of FC2 along with the weather patterns should be pretty cool. Interestingly its kinda an rpg now instead of a fps!

Also, one thread down: Link (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=577439)

I think it's gonna be awesome. The first one was good and I hope this one is much better.

Looks like I'll need to get another 2GB of RAM if I intend on running this in DX10 (since I'll need to install Vista).

I have a nasty feeling that it might be like Mercenaries 2, some great gameplay features wrapped in a sloppy consoley package.

is this a DX10 game?

99% sure, yes.

And it does look gorgeous; they had an extended trailer the other night during the South Park season opener, and it looked awesome. Too bad I won't have a machine powerful enough to run it for another two years or something.

Man, I hope you're wrong. Mercenaries 2 was so incredibly repetitive it was ridiculous.

if this is anywhere near true

Total Freedom means you can attack the 20 square miles of land without any roads or set paths Go anywhere DO ANYTHING

20 square mile world, 70+ missions and 100 plus hours, there's a bigass pic and info in maximum pc.

i cant wait
