now xp boots and b4 it opens up it restarts?

im sure ive seen this title b4 ,now its happening to me so what can i do to stop this?
as you see the screen loading up(the black background with the xp logo and the progress bar) then just b4 you endup in the 2 tone blue screen before your desktop its gone and restarted.....damb this is annoying!:mad:

When did this start happening and did you change any settings before it happened?

Does it always happen or can you like boot 1 in 5 of those reboot thingies?

na every time, cant even get into safemode................
i didnt play with any settings,i put a program for counter-strike thats it but ive restarted and shut down a few times after that and no problems so i really dunno...............
