I think thats too big.

A cooling project I saw the fridge was only about 100 dollars, and you can probably find it for 40-50 second handed.

But for 250 I'd just go extreme with massive peltier setup which will be around 180 or something and cool it to sub zero and I believe less hassling than the fridge because bringing your computer to a LAN in a fridge won't be easy haha
