how to change 2 pin fan to 3 pin

This is my first step into the forum arena.

Does anyone have a link or knows how to change a 2 pin fan into a 3 pin fan; in other words add a third wire (sense signal wire). I've got a few 2 pin fans that are useless for monitoring rpms.

and to answer you question, i dont thing you can add the third wire to moniter it
