Ok guys,

I need all yours opinion on this. I want to buy some memory soon(like right now), before the prices go up more. So what brand should I get? What kind should I get 2100 or 2700? According to this link: http://www1.overclockers.co.nz/ocnz/misc/ddrguide/2.shtml

The Crucial mem o/c just as good as the Kingmax. I check prices for the both of them and the prices are pretty much the same. I plan to get a Epox 8kha2(it the 8kha+ with raid), when it come out.

So which one ?????

Thanks :D :burn:

If the 8KHA2 is similar to the 8KHA+ in the memory department I would go for the crucial as it takes higher voltage better, most 8KHA+ users find they need 3.0v+ to get higher fsb's.

Placid,

Thanks for answering my questions. Got another one for you. If I get the Crucial which one should I get? Non-parity for $72, ECC for $83, or Registered for $97???

Unbuffered non parity, ecc and registered are not needed and actually slow things down a little.
The only reason to consider those is if you plan to upgrade to a dual cpu board and the epox 8KHA2 probably won't even support registered memory it might I would base it on what crucial shows for the 8KHA+ board.
