I've been browsing around newegg for motherboards for a while now, after I make my mind up on what to order i find something that has the same features and more for less money. After quite a bit of looking, I've narrowed it down to just a few. Which one would be the best for the money? (more leftover money = better HS)

My system specs are:
Case: CM 690
Processor: Intel Q6600 G0 stepping
PSU: Zalman ZM500-HP
Optical Drive: Sony NEC Optiarc 20X DVD±R
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB
Video Card: EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Hybrid Power 512MB
RAM: OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

And I'm trying to decide between these mobos:

Crossfire/SLI doesn't really matter (I'll be using just one card) but later down the road I may upgrade. I also plan to OC my Q6600, so a good, feature-full BIOS would be nice :)

Thanks!

The P45 boards will likely give you an easier OC. I prefer Asus but the Gigabytes would be fine as well. The 750 is a huge improvement over the 680 bu unless your running SLI, which your not, then there is absolutely no reason to go with an nvidia board.

Which one of the Asus mobos would be the best for the price then? I was thinking of getting the P5Q-E and the arctic cooling freezer 7 pro, but getting the P5Q Pro would give me some headroom to buy the Tuniq Tower 120 or something around that.

Looks like you've answered your own question :)

Is the upgraded heatsink worth it? or is it better to have a nicer mobo and upgrade the heatsink later?

Well if your thinking about OCing that processor a good Heat Sink Fan is a requirement and not optional to by later.

Would the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro be adequate for OC'ing it to 3.0 GHz?
