Best value motherboard for ocing with E8400 and Gskill PC8000?

Guys, I need some suggestions on a motherboard to get to pair up with my E8400 and Gskill 2x2GB PC8000 RAM.

I don't really care whether it's a P35 or P45 board as long as it will give me a good chance of achieving at least a 4ghz overclock. Any suggestions on one?

i have the gskill 2x2Gb pc6400 running perfect for my asus p5q deluxe and e6750.

planning to crossfire or sli? i recommend asus p5q deluxe, average budget for crossfire/sli

You can't go wrong with any P5Q series board.

I don't intend to use SLI or crossfire.
