..... Doesnt work on my computer! I have a liteon 16x cd burner. It says it has burnproof technology. But I have burned several coasters, even when I have it actvaited! In fact, I cant even recall one time I remember seeing something about the burnproceess being halted because burnproof kicked in! Anyone else have this problem?

When your burning what percent does the buffer stay at?

It fluctuates constantly. Like it will go as high as 97% and will drop really low, like 10%. Some times it burns, others it doesnt.
What percentage of the burn does it crap out at?
The buffer will start going down when its near finish.

What programs do you have running in the background when you burn a CD?

Yeah, but see thats the thing, i thought the burnproof was supossed to prevent you from having to back off on the burn speed! Am I missing something here?
how fast is your computer?
I don't rely on Burnproof. it only takes me 3 and a half minutes to burn a CD, so I just dont do anything in that time.

yes theoretically what it does it wait for the data to catch up, so it automatically adjusts burn speed. And if there is a long period of no data it may even stop burning. But it remembers where it left off, so it will continue at the right place... :D
