Radeon 7500 3DMark2001 scores are too low

I just got my radeon 7500 (retail) yesterday and I installed it into my Dell 4100 desktop. I ran 3DMark2001 and got a score of 3367!.

I think thats a little low for a radeon 7500 right?

Why isnt it going any higher? Is it my system thats keeping it down?

My Dell 4100 has a pentium III 933mhz and 128mb sdram.

The card is not overclocked and if thats the only way to get it up to higher scores then what program should I use to overclock it with.

I also dont have cash on me to buy extra cooling for it...

because its a dell/PIII youre stuck at 133mhz bus with cas3 ramtimings, and most people oc their video card to get higher scores.....go to www.entechtaiwan.com and dl powerstrip to oc your card....

thanx and I am building a new system though. I just wanted to test the 7500 thats why i put it in my dell.
