Studio 17 Laptop - HD3650m Problems

Just got my studio 17 laptop from Dell, booted it up, the display is awful, lines down the screen, can't see the writing at all, all jaggedy.

downloaded and installed the Radeon 3600 series drivers, still nothing, might have actually made it worse.

Anyone know what I can do?

Tried running the Dell diagnostics? Should be there under the boot menu. Also get on the Dell chat and they'll probably swap it out right away.
