I have over 20 EIDE Drives lying all around my computer area. I would like to finally clear and move this stuff outta here. Most of them, the drives aren't exactly tiny. Most range between 160-300gb each so they aren't completely worthless.
Is there an external EIDE HD Docking-type station I can purchase for cheap if possible? I love that Thermaltake BlacX Docking station but that's SATA only. That would be perfect for what I need. Cheap and easily swapable.
It doesn't look like there's anything similar for EIDE to USB besides just getting external cases. They feel so cheaply made and everytime I pull out a hard drive to put in another it feels like the EIDE ribbon is going to come off. If there are no docking type for EIDE, could someone suggest an external enclosure that's preferably easy to swap drives without much hassle? I was hoping for one without the attached ribbons or hard mounted so it's able to slide in and out.
