How do you guys edit music?
I need a program that can edit music by bleeping out parts, cutting out parts, adding sounds to files, and things like that.
Anyone have any ideas?

I went to tucows.com a while back and got a good shareware program. I forget what it's called because it was so long ago. Anyways go there and I'm sure you'll find what your looking for.
I think maybe this post should be in Other Software though.

It has a free demo, $60 to buy.
