Is 400x5.0 with RAM at 1:1 faster than 200x10.0 at 1:2?

Should I go for 400x5.0 to run the RAM at 1:1 and 400x6.0 for a little OC?

The processor is E2180 M0.

400x6 will be faster. The more Mhz the better. Now once you get to you final speed the higher you can set your FSB at that speed the better but the difference is not that great. It is debatable if it is worth the extra voltage and heat.

agreed. the more fsb the better. multi means nothing except for the processor. fsb is pretty much what everything else bases its speed off of.
