Does amd sell the Athlon 4 chip ? Is it socket a compatible ? since the K6-2+ and K6-3+ were mobile chips, they had a lower voltage and lots of headroom for overclocking.

the problem is finding them.

So they would be a great overclocker ? and do they have the palomino core ? I can get my boss at work to become a AMD channel partner and we might be able to order them.

in therory they have lots of potential.

and they are paly's, in fact they were the first paly's to be released for sale.

oh duh:eek: i forgot about they were the first paly's for sale, i just remembered now. I wonder how much more it will cost than a regular XP chip. I think i'm either gonna wait for a Tbred or a Tbred mobile chip.
