Is it possible? CPU temp < mobo temp

After I installed WPCREDIT I noticed my idle to moderately load CPU temp drops dramatically. Is it possible to have idle temp lower then mobo temp? Or is Hardware Monitor not trustworthy?

Even when not using a software cooling prog, it's possible to have a CPU that's a little cooler than the mainboard temp. This assumes that you have good case throughput and a serious HSF. I've only seen this with idling P3E's, not with K7 family processors.
