How often should you reapply ASII???

never! but after many many years I would replace it. I don't think it will every go bad but if I moved a box a lot or after two years I would reapply but probably not even neccesary.

id check it esp if you have it highly oc'd and stress it alot.. id probly check every 2months

I usually don't worry about it too much. If you're playing in your system often you know you're going to have to re-apply it anyways. Even if you're not in your system every other day, every time you seriously clean out the dust in your system, not the blowing air from a can type of cleaning. Just my $0.02.
