How can I tell which Tri-Kit is Qimonda based please?

For home, for Nehalem in 2-3 weeks. Looking for finest, cheapest Qimonda based kit.

why in particular Qimonda based ?

here's a list of triple channel kits i compiled http://i4memory.com/wp/article/252

not sure on ICs, probably mainly micron or elpida based (they have some newer DDR3 capable of much lower volts i.e. DDR3-2400+ at 1.2-1.5v in the works)

edit: rumour is the triple channel DDR3-1600 CAS8 kits could be qimonda based ?

I hear Micron was the best for the past 3 years or so but that the new stuff is Qimonda based. I hear G.Skill might be the way to go, but how do we know which ones are Qimonda based?


Nehalem is out in two weeks so I sure would appreciate help in choosing a decent 3GB set.
