New Build, what MB to get?

Hey guys, im about to do a new build, time to upgrade from a amd 4800. Anyways here are the specs of what i have and picked out so far.
E8500
4gb(2x2gb) dominators ddr2 1066
EVGA 8800gts k.o. 512mb (g92)
From past build-BFG 8800gts 640mb (G80) May SLI?
300gb Sata-WD
Windows xp pro
corsair 750 watt powersupply

Now the question is which Motherboard to choose $200 max. I am a big gamer and may choose to over clock(never have before, but may want to in the future). And the other question is can i SLI a g92 and a g80? And would it give me a big performance increase?

You cant SLI the G80 with the G92 sorry.But you can us the G80 for a Physx processor.
Mobo well depends do you plan on SLI really?

well maybe, if I did it wouldent be for a while, so I guess I won't cause I don't wanna dish out another 200 for a card. And since the 280 just came out could just get one of those later

You may wanna consider a P45 mobo like this
