P5K se OC worthy?

I'll start with that I'm new to overclocking and just wondering if my motherboard if up to it,

I've already checked out my other components and they should do the trick.

It should hold up fairly well.

I don't think you're gonna get 4GH, but it all depends how far your going to push it
and with what cooling really.

I think I ran mine in the mid 3.2 - 3.5's 24/7 Folding b4 the Water block leaked & killed it.
