and wow just wow, it was awesome, was even able to run it on highest settings, it was a really great and very cool game even know it was short this is def goin on my Christmas list :)

i need to redownload the demo for cod5 as when i first downloaded it the installer was messed up, but since i reinstalled windows the other day it should work better

I would recommend CoD4 over CoD:WaW, personally. The SP mode of CoD4 is actually really good and while I do enjoy the WaW beta, it feels like a mod for CoD4 and not a totally new game. (Still enjoyable, but not what I expected from a new title which will cost another $50.)

The CoD4 demo is what got me hooked, too, btw. I played it four times through--once on each difficulty and then once again. Went out and bought it almost immediately after. ;)

my suggestion to save money: buy a used copy
with the release of cod5, some people are selling their copy of cod4.

I played CoD4..its a decent game imo. I just hate playing in public servers because of the overpowered helicopters.
