Trying to decide which one of these two to get for my new system.

(links to boards on newegg)

The XFX

or

The EVGA

They both seem to have the same specs but the EVGA has 3 way sli. Is that pretty much the only difference? Anyone have any info if one performs better than the other? I will be overclocking so maybe one is easier to oc that the other?

I have an E8500 e0, antec 850w ps, antec 900 case, and plan on putting in a gtx260 now and at least one other later for sli. Hopefully will be getting a 24 or 28" monitor.

Thanks for any information.

Both boards are basicly the same with both having Tri-Sli (its the nature of the 780i chipset) . Either one will get you the same results , and it would come down to prefered company and/or warranty choice . You cant go wrong with either one , but Evga may have a slight edge in the warranty dept.

XFX warranty :http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/Help/Support/WarrantyInformation.aspx?ispreview=true (2yrs)

Evga warranty : http://www.evga.com/support/lifetime/default.asp (limited lifetime)
