I'm getting an error after uninstalling my old drivers and trying to install the Catalyst 8.10 suite. I was using the 8.6 drivers before, but when I installed WoW it would throw an error at the game loading screen and kick me out. I didn't have any UI addons or anything so I assumed maybe the graphics drivers were the problem.
I ran Driver Cleaner Pro and restarted my computer, tried installing 8.10 and got the "did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system" error. Setup exits as you click ok on this error.
Tried following AMD's manual install process through Device Manager (http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&questionID=20939), but I have no atioglx2.dll file in the c/ati/support folder when it asks for it.
Kind of stumped now, I even tried reinstalling 8.6 since I still had the setup file saved for one of these 'just in case' moments, and it also now fails.
