abit in9 32x-max reboot failure

new build
will not reboot unless i reset bios
i put in a brand new bios chip with the latest version

windows 32 bit media center edition 2005 sp2 (junk)
abit in9 32x-max intel q9550 quad core c1 stepping
2 msi 9800gt 512mb cards in sli ,4 gig corsair xms2 ddr2 800mhz ,corsair 750 tx psu

my last mobo was a socket 478 abit ic7-g
some of these bios options are foreign to me but i have read all that i can
any help please

i can get windows running and everything. but when i restart such as running updates that require reboot, or just restarting without changes it will not return to windows. i have to clear cmos and set up bios all over.

i've tried to use one stick of ram and one gpu. still same

i've set proper ram voltage as well
