My current cpu is an Athlon T-Bird 1.33ghz. i assume im running at 10x133 i was wondering how high i could set my mulitplyer if i unlocked my cpu without having to increase my vcore. Also i have an asus a7v266 mobo and i herd something about increasing the fsb to much would disable my usb ports is this true?

Your CPU is already unlocked. 1.2GHz 266FSB - 1.4GHz 266FSB ThunderBirds come factory unlocked. Everytime you O/C you will need more voltage. What is it set now at? Default is 1.75V. Do you have proper cooling? Is the reason for not increasing the core voltage related to temperature problems? I don't suggest any sort of O/Cing with out being prepared for it. Try asking in the AMD Motherboars/ASUS section for more help regarding the MoBo. Sounds like you need to read this (http://www.overclockers.com/topiclist/index04.asp#BEGINNER GUIDES).
