I had a dead stick of PC2-8500 RAM. I applied for the RMA and was told that they do not cross ship. BUT, If I sent Corsair the Tracking number of my return they would have my replacement ready before my return arrived. I sent them the FedEx Ground tracking number on 7/3/08 and I had the replacement RAM set in my hand on 7/12/08.
Considering that Corsair is in CA and I am in AL that kicks ass!!!!
