E2160+Which working mb?

I want to oc e2160 to 3 ghz.
but I am unsure that which mb can oc.

between GA-G31M-ES2L and P5KPL-AM
which mb should I use it ?

I don't really understand your question in it's entirety (you should restate it) but either board should be fine for a basic overclock to 3GHz. Both use the G31 chipset and both should have overclocking options.
