Buzzing sound and screen interference

i bought a Forsa 9800gt 512 yesterday and when i play games then i hear this soft buzzing noise from the card along with a sortof cell phone interference effect on the screen(even tho my cell phone was not on me or near me).

Any suggestions or similars problems??

i got the card yesterday tho! its not the image itself, its on the monitors part of showing the image and thats where i see interference

So you are seeing visual corruption on the monitor? Are you using a CRT or LCD? Have you tried swapped video cables? Can you hook the monitor up to another machine to see if the problem is the vcard or monitor? Did this problem exist with your old vcard?

Its a crt monitor! nope with my old gfx cards this problem never happened! it doesnt do it that badly with another monitor but it still makes that buzz sound! my gfx card box was kinda damaged, like it has been dropped a couple of times.

About the noise part, i took it back to the store and they said there is nothing wrong with it so i took my pc there, they tested the card on another system and the irritating sound was there, anyways they test another(forsa 9800gt) on the same system and that one doesnt produce that noise! so i ask the technician dude why my card makes that noise and he said its because of the resistors working very hard!!every time that noise appears then the screen gets interference!
So whoever views this then please tell if the resistor thing true or false! i personally think its bull**** and the card needs to be swoped
