Is there a good MBR editor out?

I need to edit my master boot record for windows ,does anyone know of a way to do this?I would appreciate any and all input thanks.

Check out http://www.ranish.com/part ; not sure if this proggie will do this but I just thought I'd throw it out there. I've used it to delete partitions but that's all.
